Areas of Expertise:

Social Impact and Intentional Entrepreneurship Mentorship, Brand and Product Development, Go-To-Market Strategy for Ethical Brands, Operations for Early-Stage Founders

Current & Previous Clients

Over the past six years, Stephanie has built multiple purpose-driven ventures between the U.S. and Mexico, centered on ethical production, cultural preservation, and artisan partnership.

One large-scale collaboration involving over 100 weavers catalyzed the creation of her current company—a woven footwear brand that bridges design, sustainability, and community.

She has led every aspect of the business—from brand development and wholesale strategy to financial modeling and operations—often building systems from scratch to manage everything from inventory to margins.

In parallel, she supports other women in business, offering mentorship in early-stage growth, pricing, brand identity, and values-aligned living. Her work lives at the intersection of ethical fashion, artisan empowerment, business strategy, feminine leadership, and intentional living—bringing both creative vision and operational clarity to everything she does.

"I love the craftsmanship of each Macavuana style. Living in Oaxaca, I’ve seen these weaving styles in baskets, but never applied to shoes until now.

The Nudo Mixteco is especially iconic here in Oaxaca, and translates so beautifully into the Macavuana shoes.I am reminded of sweet memories in the Mixteca region every time I wear them."

---Caitlin Garcia Ahern, Macavuana customer

"It was really inspiring to talk with you. Thank you for being so generous with your time and efforts — I’m excited for the journey ahead thanks to your guidance!"

---Samara Elms, aspiring social entrepreneur
